It was my good friend Philippe’s 40th Birthday and we needed to celebrate in style so we thought where better than Berlin! So we packed our bag, hopped on a plane and met 20 of his friends from Paris there. There was no chance of sight seeing (this time) so we headed straight to one of the best hotels Soho House for afternoon drinks by the pool on the roof top. Philippe booked a party room for us all so after an outfit change it was time for dinner. We enjoyed  three amazing courses of european delights including a very big birthday cake! Now our stomachs were lined it was time to dance the night away with our very own DJ’s Ahmed & Xavier… there was no stopping me on the dance floor! After that little taster I will be planning my next trip back to explore more of this beautiful city and definately more sightseeing is needed!

Having recently returned from a fabulous trip to Paris we wanted to share some of our gorgeous pictures with you…we stayed at the amazing Secret De Paris where we were lucky enough to land the stunning Moulin Rouge themed bedroom-getting our Parisian adventure off to a fantastic start! First stop for us was a visit to Eclat De Mode-an inspiring Jewellery focused trade show-full of fabulous designers and brands from all over the world. Once we had spent the afternoon admiring the gorgeous trinkets on display we felt it only right to spend the evening indulging in some Parisian delights, Macaroons were the order of the day-followed by a quick visit to the Eiffel Tower in the evening. 

The next day was spent trawling the shopping hot spots of Paris-visiting our favourite department stores Galleries La Fyette and Bon Marche. We then spent a bit of time exploring some of the lesser known boutiques in the Jewish quarter of Paris which was an absolute delight. Not only was the jewellery on offer stunning but the architecture impressed us both-particularly the cute buildings with shuttered windows…

We just got back from an exciting sourcing trip to Hong Kong where we shopped till we dropped! Hong Kong is full of amazing designer shops as well as cool markets and cute independent boutiques. Great for inspiring us with the new Orelia AW12 range.

After all that hard work shopping we needed some energy and where better to go for food than the Lobby Lounge at The Intercontinental Hotel. (Obviously) Ordering one of their finest posh burgers.
We sat back and watched the amazing laser light show over Hong Kong island, this happens every evening at 8pm. The view is breathtaking!

All in all we had a very successful trip and can’t wait to go back…. burger anyone?
