Items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days

NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO THE UK: £5.95.

Large items/Bags

Delivery to the UK £4.95

Next Day Delivery to the UK £7.95

If you would like us to send your items for next working day delivery, before 1pm, it will be sent by Special Delivery and there will be a charge of £5.95/7.95 depending on the size of the order. Orders need to be placed before 3pm for next day delivery.

EUROPE DELIVERY - If you are buying from Europe there will be a charge of £8.00 for a 4-8 day 'signed for' delivery.
REST OF WORLD – If you are buying from anywhere else in the world there is a £10 delivery charge

It is anticipated that all goods will be dispatched on the next working day following your order, although this may vary from time to time. Please note, we will email you if there are going to be any delays.

Goods will arrive wrapped in beautiful Orelia tissue paper and tied with a ribbon. They will be sent in a small box to keep it safe in transit.

Returns

All Orelia jewellery comes with a 14-day money back guarantee.

If there is any reason that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within the 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items where a different colour of the same item is requested. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and return the original item to us for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure you complete the Returns form that is sent with the item.

It is advisable to send the item by Recorded delivery for your own records. Once item is received at Orelia we will e-mail within 3 working days of receipt.

If item is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace earrings or goods which have been removed from the packing card, unless they are faulty.
