We do our best to ensure measurements and diameters are as accurate as possible.

How do I get you to stop emailing me your newsletter?
All you need to do is click on the link at the bottom of the newsletter and unsubscribe.

We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards.

I'm not at home during the day. How can I get my goods?
Please give a delivery address at point of order where someone you know is in or your workplace address. If goods cannot be delivered as there is no-one in, a card will be put through your door, and goods will be held at the local post office.

  1. Terms & Conditions of Sale

    By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

    Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to Delivery section below for further information.

    Orelia Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

    1. Contract

      When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

    2. Pricing and Availability

      Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

    3. Colour, Shade and Size

      Orelia Ltd reserve the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and size. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual article. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

By using this Website, you consent to using your personal data for the purpose of dispatching goods and related matters as described and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

    All items displayed on the Orelia Ltd website are the copyright of Orelia Ltd. The designs are owned by Orelia Ltd and direct plagiarism will result in legal action.

  4. Changes to Website

    Orelia Ltd reserve the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the any page of this Website.

  5. Returns Policy

    All Orelia jewellery comes with a 14 day money back guarantee.

    If there is any reason that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within the 14 days for a full refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure you complete the Returns form that is sent with the item.

    It is advisable to send the item by Recorded delivery for your own records. Once item is received at Orelia we will e-mail within 3 working days of receipt.

    If item is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange.

    Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace earrings or goods which have been removed from the packing card, unless they are faulty.

    Delivery is not guaranteed, but is usually 1-2 working days

    NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO THE UK: £5.95.

    Large items/Bags

    Delivery to the UK £4.95

    Next Day Delivery to the UK £7.95

    If you would like us to send your items for next working day delivery, before 1pm, it will be sent by Special Delivery and there will be a charge of £5.95/7.95 depending on the size of the order. Orders need to be placed before 3pm for next day delivery.

    EUROPE DELIVERY - If you are buying from Europe there will be a charge of £8.00 for a 4-8 day 'signed for' delivery.
    REST OF WORLD – If you are buying from anywhere else in the world there is a £10 delivery charge
