Covid-19 - Customer Information
We are still taking and dispatching website orders globally. However, our normal dispatch may be slightly delayed from 1 working day to 2/3. Please bear with us as we try to get your orders out on time.
Normal shipping times do still apply, UK Next Day orders must be placed by 1pm. Please bear in mind that your local postal service may be limited or under a lot of strain, so you may need to allow an extra day or 2 for delivery for standard shipping. Please see all shipping rates & times here.
We are adhering to government social distancing guidelines to keep our dispatch team safe, and only have 2 people in our warehouse at a time. We are following strict health & safety guidelines when it comes to handwashing and workplace cleanliness.
We have one customer service team member working from home to answer all of your queries, and we are getting back to everyone as quickly as we can. We will now accept returns up to 60 days after the purchase date, in order to give you more time to send them back to us. If you are unable to print the returns form, simply pop a handwritten note into your order stating clearly the Name, Order Number & Reason For Return.
