What is Orelia jewellery made from?
For our Orelia range, to keep our jewellery affordable, all styles are made using brass and electo plated. The plating contains real Gold or Silver. All are finished with an anti-tarnish coating to ensure the plating stays in tip top condition for as long as possible.
Our Orelia LUXE is plated in 18k gold or a Silver polished finish using PVD plating technology. This uses real gold element in a vacuum coating process, leaving the jewellery with a uniform coating & durable finish. Best of all it is safe, clean, efficient and waterproof.
Our sterling silver styles are tested by an independent third party, the Assay Office, which guarantees that the precious metal is what we say it is. All sterling silver 925 styles are hallmarked.
Does Orelia jewellery contain nickel?
All Orelia jewellery is nickel safe, lead free and falls within EU regulations.
I have metal allergies, can I wear your jewellery?
We advise that anyone with metal allergies does not wear our jewellery. For more infortmation, please contact us at email@example.com.
How do I look after my jewellery?
There are a few basic tips to help keep your jewellery in the best condition for as long as possible:
Ensure your jewellery is kept tangle free and fastened to prevent wear and tear. Keeping on a jewellery tree or in jewellery storage is advised.
Always remove your jewellery when in contact with water – showering, swimming, bathing and not forgetting when you apply body lotion or perfume. Jewellery hates getting wet or any form of moisture!
For Sterling Silver styles, you may notice these naturally tarnish with time. We have applied an anti-tarnish coating for longer wear but if you do notice tarnishing then you can clean with a soft, lint-free cloth.
What packaging will my jewellery arrive in?
Your jewellery will arrive in an Orelia envelope to protect your pieces during the delivery process. Please note, if you are purchasing multiple pieces they will arrive in the same envelope. If you are purchasing multiple gifts, we recommend opting for a £3 Jewellery Gift Box in which our team will repackage your jewellery into the Gift Box. We are unfortunately unable to send additional envelopes per order.
All Orelia LUXE pieces are already presented in an Orelia LUXE gift box.
Do you have a warrantee for your jewellery?
If your item becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase we are able to assist with a refund or a replacement for your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further help. We are unable to refund or replace items purchased more than 6 months ago.
What ring size should I order?
Most of our Orelia rings come in two sizes S/M & M/L which are 16mm & 18mm in diameter. If you are unsure of which size to order you can use our helpful guide here or order a free ring sizer.
Do you ship to my country?
We deliver all over the world – delivery charges apply, and we offer express shipping to many countries. We currently don't deliver to Russia.
What do I do if the good I ordered haven't arrived?
Once goods have been dispatched, we will e-mail you. If you haven't received goods within specified time of delivery requested please e-mail email@example.com.
What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel this or amend the contents or delivery address.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards alongside PayPal, Apple Pay, ClearPay and Klarna.
Which credit and debit cards do you accept?
We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and Maestro.
When am I charged for my order?
All credit and debit cards will be debited at the point of order.
Delivery & Returns
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via e-mail. Please be sure to check your junk folder if this email does not arrive to your main inbox.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days to return your order. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page. We only refund postage on returns if the item is faulty, please email us first before sending your faulty return.
Earrings and engraved items are non-returnable.
I'm not at home during the day. How can I get my goods?
Most of our packages are letter-box sized so can be popped through your door even when you aren't home. If goods cannot be delivered as there is no-one in, a card will be put through your door, and goods will be held at the local post office.
What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?
While every effort is made to protect goods during transit, if goods are damaged when you receive them, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
